Skilled in home canning and food preservation. Experience with most animals. Can do many general building/maintenance chores including painting, use of hand tools, light masonry, split fire wood, etc. Willing to do all aspects of home-care, including cooking and cleaning for seasonal residents, as well as any other sort of work, such as errands, office, artist or writer support, some child care or education, etc.

I need a work/trade situation for room and board to allow me to pursue this community work which generally pays so poorly. I have no pets, am a non-smoker, rarely drink alcohol. I have a 3-year-old son who is respectful and good-natured, loves to help me in the kitchen and play/explore outside. Prefer to stay within the Cape Elizabeth to Brunswick to New Gloucester triangle, but would consider anywhere in Maine or eastern-New Hampshire if the situation is ideal. Many local personal, professional, and academic references. Resume available online.
Position ideally beginning in May, though other timeframes considered.
