Looking for alternative caterers
I'm writing a column for next week's Food & Dining section of the Portland Press Herald that will feature caterers who offer party food that differs from the standard fare of bacon-wrapped scallops and beef teriyaki. I'm looking for Maine companies that specialize in alternative diets, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, low sugar, raw or vegan. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear about them. My ducks are sneezing...They seem to have a cold...we're going to feed them garlic starting first thing tomorrow...I hope they can shake this off...they've been so vigorous and healthy all winter....
