Well, as you may or may not know, Mead simply put is Honey Wine... Honey diluted with water or other juice and fermented by yeast to create wine.
Mead is very versatile and can be combined with many other types of fermentables ie. fruit juice, other sugars and various herbs & spices... Mmmead.

I made some Raspberry Mead 3 years ago, I just tried some about a month ago. WOW! Need to make some more. Very potent stuff
