I have recently started working part time for ELFC as an AmeriCorp volunteer and look forward to getting to know all the members of the coalition and their connections to the local food systems in Maine. I also run a holistic nutritional therapy practice and offer classes in traditional food preparation and preserving.
Hey Alison - I remember you saying on Friday that you could set up a google group to send out schedule/automated emails. Could you give me some tips on how to set that up? I have already created the group and sent out an email to all the members.

Slit the trotters and wrap them tightly in cheesecloth during the braise. The problem isn't so much their falling apart as their curling up. Crumbs, crunchy, crispy... all those "c" words invoke delightful images!
