I'm currently a grad student, enrolled in the Agriculture, Food & Environment program at Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science & Policy. I also serve on the Board of Directors for both MOFGA and Cultivating Community. At the moment, I'm particularly excited about a new project underway through the Eat Local Foods Coalition, exploring collaborative potential between Maine's farming and fishing communities as we collectively continue efforts to build a vibrant and sustainable local food movement.

Hi amanda - my Carola potatoes are holding out very well. Most of the winter squash has faded (molded) - and the parsnips are a tad soft - but my spuds are still delicious. Roasted some up last night.
