I work at a local restaurant, write for a local newspaper, enjoy cooking with friends, gardening, making cheese, and reading about food and wine. I am interested in the local food movement and support farmers and fisherman in our area.
I don't see too much posted here recently. Anyone have batches currently going? I'm looking to start a pyment in the near future in addition to some serious bottling. It's been a lazy winter and the carboys are stacking up. Definately time to start…
