I am interested in helping get the word out to children about local healthy food. In 2002 I edited Healthy Foods From Healthy Soils - a wonderful teachers guide by Maine authors Elizabeth Patten and Kathy Lyon. Tilbury House Publishers also produces environmental and multicultural picture books. In 2010 we will be publishing The Lunch Thief, a story about hunger, health and nutrition.
