Our co-op's Values Statement states that we are a member owned market and cafe that seeks to foster community, support local producers and educate for healthier food production and consumption. We sponsor a semi-annual Eat Local Challenge in our community and play an active role in bringing local foods topics to many tables for discussion. We are proud to be a respected resource on this topic and to take an active role in building stronger communities around local foods.
The movie FRESH celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system. Potluck, movie, discussion. Childcare available.
