I also thought I would share a project I am working on(http://www.buyingclubsoftware.com/). We hope to have it ready in early 2010, and will be working with the Portland Food Coop to test out our new software specifically made for buying clubs.

That sounds great. Whenever you are ready, on one of our pickup days, you can tell me what is available and I email it to our group. If people order, then we can get what people order. You could also just show up at a pickup with what you have, and people buy as they like. So whatever works for you is great. The key is doing it on the days we have food pickups.
