Posted on June 18, 2008 at 10:55am 2 Comments

I am pleased to announce that this year's Maine Fare will be held at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay Harbor on September 12, 13 & 14th. Yeah, "Superwoman"...takes one to know one! Then, of course, rocking the local pancake b-fast at Turkey Hill the following Saturday. Don't worry, though, I'll be dropping out of society for 3 & 1/2 weeks shortly thereafter, living life as a bum extraodinaire in Yosemite's Camp 4 climber campground...sleeping in dirt, cooking over fire...you know - the simple life.

Hi Leslie, what do you think of moving some of our Slow Food networking to this site? I'm interested in setting up a school garden forum. More capabilities than our listserve I think, especially for targeting information to those most interested through the groups. David
