Are there any in the Oxford Hills area? or the Lewiston / Auburn area? I have cut flower bouquets (in season) and think a buying club is a great idea.

I also thought I would share a project I am working on(http://www.buyingclubsoftware.com/). We hope to have it ready in early 2010, and will be working with the Portland Food Coop to test out our new software specifically made for buying clubs.

I write for the Maine Organic Farmer and Gardener and freelance for other publications. I have cooked at the Maine Fiddle Camp for three years although not currently. I live in Litchfield with my partner, Volvo mechanic Ryan Redmond and we run a ReVolvolution dedicated to keeping the good local folks in practical, affordable transportation.

Patriotic Peas? Only Victory Gardeners Will Win in 2008!

Russell's blog on peas was right on - 2008 is the perfect summer to stay put and grow home. Marada -- I know we haven't talked in a while and I am putting the finishing touches on the program for Feb 10th -- as wel discussed you are on teh agenda to give a brief overview of how Crown of Maine is meeting the needs of the state relative to distribution, warehousing, etc -- can we talk via phone sometime this weekend??
