I make non-traditional humous and a hearty and very seedy bread for sale. Now that I've been using a kitchen in Lisbon Falls, I've come up against some limitations: I make the bread by hand and can produce only 18 loaves of bread per day. A kitchen with one of those big mixers and a bread slicer would really help increase my productivity. Ingredients for the bread come from as nearby as possible, e.g. organic Maine grown wheat, etc. The humous is a bit of a problem because the ingredients are a bit more 'exotic', e.g. chick peas, garlic, cilantro, basil, lemons, tahini, etc.
I need some cheap ideas because my savings are dwindling and I still have the license fee, insurance and kitchen rental to pay for. Thanks

Thanks so much for the message on the Switch page. You may want to try the Public Market House in Portland (if that's not too far). They have a commercial kitchen for community use. Another idea closer to your home would be Pineland Farms. Not sure if they have a community kitchen, but it may be worth looking into.
