Slow Food Seacoast is a nonprofit organization of people who believe in food that's good (fresh and tasty), clean (environmentally healthy) and fair (supports those who make and grow it). More than 500 participants help put on programs and sponsor projects to improve our food system and celebrate community. Each year we hold public events like potlucks, talks, tours, and picnics and work to establish gardens and support markets.
I don't see too much posted here recently. Anyone have batches currently going? I'm looking to start a pyment in the near future in addition to some serious bottling. It's been a lazy winter and the carboys are stacking up. Definately time to start…
