Hey all - I'm looking to buy local pasta in bulk (~20 lbs.), but don't know who, if anyone, produces it. Anyone know of any sources? Or, local producers of semolina flour? Thanks!

We have a great pasta vendor at the Winter Market in Brunswick that I'm sure could accomodate your needs. Stop by on Saturdays between 0900-1230 and take a look.

I make my own using 100% Whole Wheat Flour from COMOC. It taste great however I don't think Id like to make it in bulk !

I don't know if there is a source for Maine semolina flour but there is a great little shop in the Old Port on Exchange street which sells fresh made pasta daily. I can't remember the name thougth
