The Arrival
My new machine arrived on Friday evening and I got it all wired up and ready to go. This morning was the inaugural flip of the switch and everything works just perfectly! I figure it'll greatly reduce the time invested in each box, which is always a good thing. I probably have about 4-5 minutes invested in each box of biscuits in just making the biscuits, and this machine can do a box worth of biscuits in about 4 seconds. That is quite the difference!!
So on to getting ready for the Common Ground Fair which is coming in just a few weeks. Unbelievable that fall is so closely upon us. Until then...here's a picture of my new acquisition:

New Gloucester's Market will be open for Mother's Day, Sunday May 9.
