All pizzas are served on our whole-grain sourdough crust

Classic Cheese - $14.50
Muir Glenn pizza sauce*, Neighborly Farms Monterey jack cheese*,
Swallow Tail Farm Mozzarella cheese, oregano*.
Herbivores Dilemma - $16.50
Muir Glenn pizza sauce*, Neighborly Farms Monterey jack cheese*,
Swallow Tail Farm Mozzarella cheese, Six River Farm mixed vegetables * (will change weekly depending upon availability) garlic*, extra virgin olive oil*, oregano*.

I had the wonderful opportunity to sample some of the pizza being served at the Common Ground Fair this fall made by Constantine in his wood fired oven. It was without a doubt the best pizza I have ever had. I talked with him afterward and he seems like a real nice guy and very knowledgeable about the grains he uses. I can't wait until I make a trip to southern Maine to sample some of his breads and perhaps another pizza.
