Event Description

The Eat Local Foods Coalition of Maine invites farmers and fishermen to join us for our session at the Maine Fisherman's Forum on Friday, March 5th to participate in a discussion where we will explore possible ways for farmers and fishermen to work together to strengthen our local food system and our farming and fishing communities.

Join us to discuss the challenges facing all of Maine’s food producers while exploring the potential for collaborative solutions.

Farmers and fishermen not planning to register to attend the Maine Fishermen's Forum but who would like to come to just this session, please RSVP to Amanda Beal at 207-756-9877 or Amanda.Beal@tufts.edu

* Additional regional forums will be offered to capture the ideas and interest of farmers and fishermen throughout the state. If you are unable to attend this forum, visit the events section of www.eatmainefoods.org for details on additional dates and locations as they are scheduled.
