- I'm a holistic health and nutrition counselor in Camden. I work with individuals and groups and do workshops. I encourage people to become active and engaged in the process of choosing food for themselves and their families in a way that does not rely on information disseminated by the food industry.
I see this country in a health crisis and aim to be a paradigm shifter to shift individuals towards a healthy, more sustainable lifestyle and shift the culture away from the madness of industrial commodity food.
I like to put our food habits into historical, international and even political context to understand the larger forces that drive our preferences.
